meet at Colonial Oaks Park, located near Cattleman
Rd. and Bee Ridge Rd. in Sarasota. Most of
the instruction will take place in the conference
room, but we will take advantage of this beautiful
park to do some outdoor exercise as well. |

During
the "Fat Loss Challenge," I learned new exercises,
along with nutrition for my Metabolic Type, accountability
and camaraderie. All of these came together in a fun format
